[RECIPE IN THIS DESCRIPTION] Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge.

This one is easier to make, slightly less sweet and can be prepared within 2-3 minutes! It’s very peanut-ty and has a lovely smooth texture like fudge!

| The Recipe |

INGREDIENTS:
– 10.5 oz (300g) Smooth Peanut Butter – ALWAYS CHECK CARBS BEFORE BUYING
– 3/4 cup (190g) Unsalted Butter
– 3/4 cup Powdered Sweetener – I used Erythritol
– 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

METHOD:
1. Line an 8×8 tin with parchment paper and set aside.
2. In a large, microwave safe bowl, add the butter and peanut butter, cover the bowl and microwave for 2 minutes (on high).
3. Add the sweetener and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined – this may be easier to do with a spatula as it may become stiffer and difficult to work with.
4. Pour the fudge in your prepared tin and flatten the mixture. Allow it to cool for 10 minutes before transferring to the fridge for at least 2 hours.
5. Once solidified, carefully release the fudge. Cut into 24 and enjoy!
