The BEST ALU POHA recipe

Today we’re taking a much loved breakfast dish called POHA and we’re asking the question. Will it meat? We’ve added some chicken and some bacon to this and it’s outstanding!

For the chicken
Chicken 450gms
Salt ¾ tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Oil 1tsp

For the poha
Bacon 150gms
Mustard 1tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Onion 75g/ medium size
Curry leaves 10-15no
Peanuts 30gms
Poha 2 ½ cups/ 200gms
Turmeric ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Potato 160gms/ 2 small
Chilli 2no
The Grilled Chicken 450g

One cup of Poha = 80 gms Poha
