Do you remember any of your childhood dishes? Any particular ones you love?

For me my Dadi (father’s mother) used to make me scrambled eggs for breakfast. She would use plain white bread (I used sourdough since I had that at home) and butter it and put my eggs on top and drizzle with ketchup. She would then cut the bread into 4 squares. That was my best childhood breakfast.

As an adult no matter how fancy I have gotten. No matter that I have cooked and eaten fancy eggs and made scrambled eggs with truffle oil and chives and all that. This is still my go to way to eat scrambled eggs.
