1. In a large, heat-safe bowl, add the jelly powder and boiling water. Mix until the jelly has dissolved.
2. Add the cold water and rose water, mix again to combine.
3. Pour the warm liquid into 4 serving dishes – I used wine glasses!
4. Place in the fridge until it has solidified (approx 2-3 hours). Enjoy!
