We’re making a raw mango fish curry today from the state of Kerala.

2 Tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
¼ tsp tsp Fenugreek
20 no. Curry leaves
100g Onion
4no Green chilli
10gms Ginger
10gms Garlic
150gms Tomato
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1 ½ tsp Coriander powder
200ml Water
1no/180gms Raw mango
200ml Coconut milk
500gms Fish(any flaky white fish)(dont uses fatty fish)
