Carnivore “Breaded” Chicken || The Keto Kitchen UK


[RECIPE IN THIS DESCRIPTION] Carnivore “Breaded” Chicken.

I’m 3/4 through World Carnivore Month and starting to crave a little bit of variety in my diet! So I decided to have something “breaded” that was also carnivore friendly.
These chicken tenders are a little bit spicy, crispy on the outside but juicy on the inside and absolutely delicious!

| The Recipe |

INGREDIENTS:
– 1 cup (approx 32g) Pork Rinds, ground into a fine powder
– 10 Chicken Tenders (I used 2 Chicken Breasts, sliced in strips)
– 1/3 cup (33g) Parmesan, finely grated
– 1 tsp Salt
– 1 tsp Garlic Powder
– 1 tsp Pepper
– 1 tsp Paprika
– 2 Eggs, lightly beaten

METHOD:
1. Preheat oven to 180c/350f. Prepare a medium baking sheet with foil.
2. Before you start, make sure your pork rinds have been placed in a food processor/blender and ground as finely as possible without turning them into a paste.
3. In a large bowl, add the pork rinds, parmesan, salt, garlic, pepper and paprika. Mix to combine.
4. Dip each chicken tender into the beaten eggs, then place in the pork rind mixture and coat each side.
5. Place the tenders on your prepared baking sheet and cover loosely with foil.
6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden AND the internal temperature of the tenders is 74c/165f. Enjoy!
