What an easy snack! These feta chips can be as crispy as you want them to, it all depends on how long you put them in the microwave for. They do have a little bit of a sour aftertaste – the kind of sour you get with… well… feta cheese!

| The Recipe |

INGREDIENTS:
– 200g (7oz) Feta Cheese Block
– OPTIONAL: A sprinkle of herbs & spices

METHOD:
1. Cut your feta cheese block into small cubes that are about 8-10g.
2. Place your feta cubes in microwave safe muffin moulds, sprinkle with optional herbs & spices.
3. COVER the muffin moulds (the cheese spits!) then put in the microwave for 2 minutes, or until crispy (mine took 90 seconds in a 1000w microwave). Pop out of the moulds and enjoy!
