It’s no secret that my YouTube channel took a huge hit last year and food blogging on @HeadbangerEats is taking up more of my time as it’s also partly how I make my living. So technically I am also a food blogger now apart from being a YouTuber so here is a little fun video of what kind of food I eat in a day and still maintain my weight.
For me moderation is the key. I eat everything. There are no bad or evil foods. Just some foods are more nutritious than others and make sense to consume on a more regular basis.
