It’s been a while since I’ve vlogged and I figured I’d do a realistic What I eat in a day video. A lot of my eating is left overs, working with ingredients in my fridge. This was after I filmed 3 videos so I had left over 5 ingredient butter chicken which I turned into biryani, I had prawns from a prawn dish I shot and some ground pork sausage from a sandwich video coming soon. What I try and do is have a good amount of fruit in my diet. You might have noticed hardly any veggies and that’s true this week was particularly hard because I didn’t go shopping otherwise I get a lot more veggies in my diet.
