[RECIPE IN THIS DESCRIPTION] Rosemary Crackers.

These simple crackers can be made as soft or crispy as you want, depending on how long you bake them for. The rosemary in them gives them a lovely Christmassy touch

| The Recipe |

INGREDIENTS:
– 150g (1 & 1/2 cups) Almond Flour
– 50g (1.7 oz) Parmesan Cheese, grated
– 2 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
– 1 & 1/2 tsp Dried Rosemary
– 6 tbsp Water

METHOD:
1. Preheat oven to 180c/350f.
2. Place all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well until it resembles a dough.
3. Transfer to a piece of parchment paper. Pat out your dough and use a rolling pin to create a rectangle. You want the dough to be about ยผ inch thick and an even rectangle.
4. Move your parchment paper to a baking sheet and place in the oven for 22-27 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
5. Leave to cool for 10 minutes then use a knife to cut your dough into 10 crackers minimum. Enjoy.
