INGREDIENTS:
– 180g (6.3oz) Macadamia Nuts, placed in water for 24 hours, then drained
– 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
– 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
– 2 tbsp Tahini OR any Nut Butter!
– 2 tbsp Olive Oil (and some extra to serve)
– 2-4 tbsp Water
– 1/4 tsp Salt
– Pinch of Dried Oregano

METHOD:
1. MAKE SURE YOUR MACADAMIA NUTS HAVE SPENT 24 HOURS IN WATER AND BEEN DRAINED BEFORE STARTING THIS RECIPE.
2. To a blender, add the soaked macadamia nuts, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, olive oil, and salt. Blend until smooth.
3. Add 2 tbsp of water and blend again. Depending on your preferred hummus consistency, slowly add the other 2 tbsp of water whilst blending.
4. Place the hummus in a medium bowl, drizzle with a little bit of olive oil and add a sprinkle of oregano. Enjoy!
