Here is my recipe for an Indian dessert made with carrots called gajar ka halwa.

Carrot 400g (grated)
Almonds 30g
Cashew 30g
Raisins 30g
Elaichi/Cardamom 4no (crushed)
Mava 100g
Milk 400g
Bacon 100g
Sugar 130g
Ghee ½ tbsp (7 grams)

Equal parts carrot and milk
Alternate option for Mava is ¼ cup milk powder
