Have you ever tried Turkish 🇹🇷 scrambled eggs called Menemen?

This is a staple breakfast in Turkey and like with most dishes there are plenty of variations and people make them differently. I always like mine with Sujuk which is a Turkish beef sausage. It’s spiced and adds lots of flavour. Normally you would use some kind of Turkish cheese but since I didn’t have any I just used a cheddar slice.
