After week 1 of the #HK10in10Challenge here are my results #weightloss #shorts


Hey folks, I just completed the first week of my #HK10in10Challenge where my goal is to lose 10lbs in 10 weeks. The idea is slow and sustainable weight loss which is why I selected 1lb a week as a realistic goal.

This first week has honestly felt like a breeze. I’ve just followed my regular way of eating with a few tweaks. I tried to focus on protein when possible so that each meal has 20-30g of protein. I used IF to skip meals to help me achieve a calorie deficit. I swapped out calorie dense snacks for fruits and veggies.

That doesn’t mean I didn’t indulge. Since I do lots of food tasting and reviews on @headbangereats my other food profile I did get lots of food to taste from restaurants over the week. So I ate sweet treats like cookies, doughnuts and even ate a Chicago style deep dish pizza.
